Sandra Escobar, MBA

Sandra serves as the Director of Employee Benefits at Generational Wealth™. She brings nearly two decades of hands-on experience across health insurance, dental and vision plans, disability coverage, Medicare supplements, and full-spectrum benefits administration. She specializes in guiding employers through the complexities of benefits planning by providing clear, data-driven comparisons, strategic plan recommendations, and seamless enrollment support.

She leads all aspects of our employee benefits division—including quoting, plan comparisons, enrollments, Medicare support, renewal strategy, and client-facing benefits guidance—ensuring our clients receive exceptional service and the strongest benefit solutions available.

With deep expertise in evaluating new companies, Sandra conducts thorough side-by-side plan analyses—comparing carriers, coverage levels, pricing structures, and compliance requirements—to ensure each client receives the most competitive and appropriate benefits package. She also oversees renewals with current clients by negotiating with carriers, preparing proposal presentations, and managing the implementation of new plans which includes onboarding, employee education, and ongoing servicing.

Prior to joining Generational Wealth™, Sandra spent over 18 years as a Benefits Consultant and Principal at Benefit Consulting Services where she led benefits strategy, open enrollment operations, and regulatory compliance for South Florida businesses. Her background also includes regulatory oversight as a Compliance Officer at New England Financial, reinforcing her deep understanding of industry standards, documentation, and due diligence.

She earned her BBA in International Business and Marketing and her MBA in Global Management from Florida International University. Fully bilingual in English and Spanish, she is known for her professionalism, responsiveness, and ability to simplify complex benefits decisions for employers and employees alike.

Sandra lives in Lake Worth, Florida, with her two children, and brings the same dedication and care to her personal life that she brings to the employers and families she supports every day.
